Personality: Summer is strong, adventurous and courageous. She will sacrifice herself to the benefit of her herd, friends, and/or family. She has a soft side for young foals, and a hard side for humans. She is strong in so many ways; she is fiercely loyal and will die for her friends and loved ones. She is friendly, and she will be nice especially to those either younger than her, or, her elders and betters. She is very respecting and would make a great friend or companion, that is, if you treat her well. Why? Because if you get on her bad side....

Personality:
Shadow has the personality that gets young foals into trouble. Her sister has the poise and thoughtfulness of an elder, while Shadow herself is impulsive and fiery. She was raised to be self-assured and always ready for a fight, but experience with betrayal and surviving with only her sister for some time has humbled her somewhat, taking the edge off her ferocity. She’s beginning to learn some of how to deal with problems without baring fangs, but it is her nature to react viciously when challenged. When angered she becomes a force to be reckoned with. Often she overreacts, being too dramatic and taking even some jokes seriously. Shadow is passionate about anything she feels – if she loves someone she does so fervently, and if she hates someone it is with equal force. She is adamant about her opinions and it takes something extreme to change her mind. She doesn’t take well to insults, against her or those close to her. Be careful, for if you really rub her the wrong way you may find yourself missing a limb or two. She’s very protective, when she feelings something belongs to her she’ll watch over it and make sure nothing happens. Despite her fiery temperament, Shadow is a kind filly at heart. She really dislikes seeing others in pain, unless she believes they deserve it. The idea of fighting she enjoys, but after seeing what true violence can cause she’s been turned away from anything more than sparring or protecting what’s important, etc. She’s chosen to leave a life of killing, and because of this won’t revert to those actions unless forced to. Being only slightly older than two years, Shadow is far from your adult-minded mare. She’s inexperienced and foolish, seeking guidance wherever she can and constantly absorbing information. Because she is no longer with a herd, Shadow follows her sister’s advice, for secretly she knows her several-minute-younger sibling is far wiser. This doesn’t stop her from acting differently, however – in fact she makes it a point to act the part of the elder sister, despite the true relationship between the sisters. She still longs to be of importance, someday becoming a lead mare or another position of power.
